“Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin.”

“Even though the price is very cheap, this hotel has set up a trap for customers. Do not stay here if you can. I have a car and I forgot to put the parking pass on the dash board for one night. My parking pass was on the passenger seat, which was the only thing on the seat. But when got up 10 am the second day, my car was towed away. I had to hail a Uber and pay $350 to the towing company to get my car back. The towing guy actually opened my car and insert the seat belt. For sure he did see the...
