“The pool was very cold. The staff was excellent and the place was very clean, but the pillows were hard.”

We don't stay at fancy hotels but I can't remember ever staying at a hotel without this simple feature. Room was clean but the bathroom was small. No counter space, VERY short toilet, minimally comfortable bed. Not what we expected for the price.”

“The staff was incompetent. They tried to double charge me for the room on 2 separate occasions. They did charge another person twice that was in front of us for check in. The room was fine but, not as throughly cleaned as it should have been. Breakfast was ok.”
