“The food was excellent; the pate and risotto were delicious. The staff were exceedingly helpful and efficient. Breakfast was Italian and consequently had interesting choices which were very fresh, filling and beautifully presented. The property has EV charging which was one of the reasons we chose it. “I was a walker arriving at the Nag's Head at 15.30. I was warmly received and shown to my very comfortable room. Although the restaurant was closed on a Tuesday evening, i was provided with a wonderful Chinese meal at a very modest cost. I requested a continental breakfast which was fine. Pick Hill is a lovely small village with a long history, some of which is displayed in the ancient church. ”
