“If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay.”

“Larry and Linda are very knowledgeable in providing tips to the local area. Larry used to be the Mayor of Hermann and councilman at the county level. The upstairs bedroom with onsuite bath was charming, spacious, and comfortable. “We stayed in the cottages, which overlooked the Missouri river and railroad tracks. I enjoyed setting on the deck in the evening watching them. The cottage we stayed in met or exceeded our expectations. We will stay there again. One thing we found out is that most of the restaurants in Herman close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we will not be staying in Hermann on those evenings again.
