“Nice hotel with cool vibe. Didn’t see anything on parking and that was a bit frustrating since apparently onsite was booked and had to go find a parking garage. Not the end of the world but would have been helpful to know up front.”

“We travel with a dog and we love the welcoming attitude. We love the large open areas where we can walk inside and the park area outside is fabulous. Food is available in the hotel and within easy walking distance in the Old Market. Plus, it's easy to get back on the road. We've stayed there several times and would definitely stay again. ”

“Unfriendly, not very safe as people can walk right into the paid parking ramp. Parking prices are excessive. Elevators take forever to come and get you. Breakfast was dried up, coffee was cold. Had to ask for creamer. Homeless sleeping up against the bulding. Drugs. ”

“Service was slow in restaurant on Sunday am. Bathroom not fully clean (hairs noticed from previous guests). Room in good shape. Noisy outside as put me in room right outside elevator!?! Why? ”

“The room I was given smelt like smoke and cigarettes horribly with yellowing around the bathroom due to the humidity. The photos listed online for the property do not equally depict the room I was given.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield inn in downtown Omaha. It is a very clean hotel. The staff was all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and different each day I was there. I used and liked the treadmill. I did not get a chance to use the treadmill but would like to the next time I stay. My favorite part was the hot water for my baths. It was such a delight. Often the water is only lukewarm but not here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. ”

“Did not recognize Expedia purchase. No bedding for sofa bed. No communication at check in regarding charging me more than the incidental $50 fee; room #; key not working on room, etc.”
