Nuovo Nel 2016 Beautiful Custom Ski-in Ski-out Home

Questa nuova ski-in personalizzato casa ski-out è stato completato nel mese di agosto del 2016. La casa dispone di quattro camere da letto più lussuose: ci sono due grandi master suite con letti king e bagni annessi (una delle suite ha anche una suite per bambini adiacente con una culla, un lettino e un letto singolo); una camera da letto matrimoniale; e una camera a castello con due letti matrimoniali e due letti gemelli.
La casa è stata costruita con in mente divertente. C'è una vasca idromassaggio all'aperto privata, tavolo da biliardo, tavolo da ping pong e due ampie zone soggiorno. La cucina ha una gamma a doppia alimentazione da 36 ", due lavastoviglie silenziose e un grande frigorifero, oltre a un frigorifero per bevande. Il tavolo da pranzo formale si adatta a 10 adulti e tavolo da cucina può ospitare trabocco.
Il piano principale è un open space che è grande per intrattenere. Questo include una zona soggiorno con un bel camino a gas, zona pranzo, cucina, tinello e un sacco di spazio per muoversi. Al piano principale c'è anche un salotto / studio con porte francesi che può essere chiuso per la privacy. Il garage per 2 auto riscaldato consente un facile accesso alla casa. Ci sono due serie complete di lavatrici. Tutta la casa e il garage hanno il calore del pavimento.

Keeping up with the Iglesias’s

I’ve been coming to Granby Ranch since 1995 and always wanted to stay “up the mountain.” My wife and I usually stay in a condo but this year, we asked my in-laws to come with their niece and nephew. It was a surprise. I figured it was the right time to get a house for the week and boy was I right. Toby’s house was perfect!! So spacious and the kids stayed downstairs as if they had their own house. Everything about it felt like “home.” We will definitely book again! Thank you again, Toby.

Annual family ski trip

Could NOT have been happier with our stay. The property is absolutely amazing and by far the most accommodating for our kiddos (ages 8-14). Plenty close to ski in and out of and the most amazing views in our 5 years of coming to Grandby. We would all HIGHLY recommend. Every step along the process from booking to check out was smooth and easy!

Amazing house!!

This place is absolutely awesome. The views are breathtaking. The house is perfect for accommodating a large group, with plenty of room to spread out and have each persons own space, as well as open common spaces for all to gather. The kitchen was the best equipped and stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. Lots of games and activities in the house kept the kids busy while not skiing. Located just one house away from the slopes made access incredibly easy to hop right on and off with no issues. Toby was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, referring many things to do and places to go during our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. First time to Granby Ranch, and will definitely return. Thank you so much for an excellent and unforgettable trip, and thank you for sharing your amazing home with my family.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay in Granby! The house has everything that we needed - all the kitchen tools, lots of towels, etc. The hot tub, pool table, ping-pong and board games kept the kids entertained for hours. The views from the back deck are the best in Granby Ranch - we also saw lots of wildlife and it was so peaceful. Toby was a great host as well, checking in with us before our stay and answering questions during. We love visiting Granby and will definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - roughly 8700 elevation - fabulous vistas - split layout 2 bedrooms up and 2 down with main living in the middle level . Everything was more than provided for by the host. Excellent recommendations for eating and todo was also communicated by host.

Second Stay and fantastic stay again!

This was our family's second stay at this home and it was fantastic again. It is located on the mountain in Granby Ranch with ski trails literally below you. The home is incredibly nice and well appointed. It has heated floors, which is very nice in the cold weather. The host, Toby, is great and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Home away from home in a beautiful setting

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Pictures don’t do the house justice as it was better than expected. Extremely clean and very well stocked with items needed for the week and there’s a breath taking panaromic view from the main living/kitchen area. This property is such a great floor plan/design for large families/friends/groups to both spread out with plenty of space to yourself and also to all gather together. Granby is a wonderful, family friendly ski resort and town and the host Toby is extremely friendly, communicative and helpful. A true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property and would look forward to returning to it ourselves!

Fantastic Family Ski Vacation

The house is actually *on* the mountain with ski trails above, below and around it. Toby, the owner/manager, is awesome and super responsive. The view from the house is so breathtaking we commented several times that it almost wasn't real, but it is! We will be booking this house for our ski trip next year. I could not recommend it more.

Great location and great host

We loved, loved the back deck. The home is very well equipped with everything we needed. The large screen TV was very nice as was the cable service. A highlight of our trip was that Toby (the owner) was extremely attentive to every question or need that we had. He is an example for all owners to follow. Wonderful property and host!

We recently spent a week in Granby with extended family. We have stayed in houses across the country and this was by far the best stocked house we have ever been in. It had plenty of space for our group of 10. Toby provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. And the views from the house are amazing!!! It was a fabulous vacation!

Perfect In Every Way

This house is exactly as represented in the photos. It is a beautiful property with gorgeous views which is difficult to fully capture in pictures. There were 10 of us (5 adults and 5 kids ages 2-13) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room and pool table. As others have mentioned - Toby was such a good host! I have rented several homes through VRBO and he was by far the most responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Great house

The house was amazing and was very comfortable for 3 families during Spring Break. We had enough room to enjoy each other's company in the evenings, but also enough room to retreat to quiet parts of the home. The garage/mud room was a nice addition and allowed us to comfortably gear up/gear down. The only downside about the house is that it is ski in/ski out for experienced skiers. We had some new skiers in our group and they required a ride to the base each day, which was very easy.

A great winter break!

Traveled to this great ski-in/ski-out house with another couple and their two kids in Feb 2022. House was great for all eight of us and could have accommodated at least a few more if we utilized the queen bedroom, the foldout in the den, and the extra twin off of the second upstairs bedroom. It was nice that the two upstairs bedrooms both had en suite bathrooms. I don’t think either couple felt they had lesser accommodations - we’ll maybe the soaker tub overlooking the mountains gives the one a leg up! Regardless, after days of skiing and with the accommodating and open first floor, you’ll probably find the bedrooms are primarily used to crash after a long day! A few other pluses: the downstairs was a great area to let the kids separate from the adults and the heated garage was great for ski equipment storage and to get ready for the day. Internet was also never an issue even with multiple people streaming. Double dishwashers and washers/dryers were extremely helpful. The slopes are probably 50-75 yard walk down the road, and if you’re lucky like us and get some good snow cover while there, you can ski right back to the top of the driveway. The only downside of the snow was that we had to somewhat create our own path to the ski hill, but once the first few people made the trek through the deep snow, access was easy. Also, it is always good to have a good host, and Toby did a great job communicating with us before and during our trip!

Wonderful Colorado Home

The weather in Colorado can be unpredictable at times, but Toby's home is a wonderful and welcoming refuge. We got caught in a snow storm and couldn't get out for a few days but the home and amenities made our time quite refreshing. We snowshoed, sledded, played pool and even ventured over to the nearby "blue" ski slope which was deep in fresh powder. Through it all Toby was great at helping up problem solve and make the most of our time.

Spectacular Views...Book it!

All of the five star reviews people have written are dead on. We spent the majority of our time in the house looking at the gorgeous views! The mountains are breathtaking. We had deer right outside our window every morning. The sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed. The layout of this house is ideal for families since there are no bedrooms on the main floor. This allows for separation between game room/hot tub time and sleeping in the master bedrooms. The kitchen has a large selection of spices and cookware. Toby is beyond helpful. We had no issues with the house whatsoever. It snowed a couple of days while we were there, so Toby suggested we rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle...great advice. The grocery store and liquor store are right down the road. Tubing at Colorado Adventure Park was a blast! We would rent this place in a heartbeat if we were to visit Granby again!

What an amazing property. Perfect location to hiking, biking, golf even drove into Kremmling for real cattle drive. The views from Deck are breathtaking! Toby was very responsive to all questions, highly recommend this home.
