"We have stayed at the purple Hen before and enjoyed it then and again this time. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends, great atmosphere, very comfortable, superb surroundings, great facilities, and very ideal central location but in a rural setting"

"Great reception on arrival. The receptionist, Jeffery, was very friendly and offered to take our bags to our room. Room was very tidy and clean. The only drawback was the shower over the bath as we both have mobility issues."

"This was exactly what we hoped. Breathtaking views that made us wish we could stay longer.
