“Wonderful staff and Wonderful stay”

“We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. Ci sono però alcuni punti negativi, riscontrati in parte nella difficoltà di comunicazione con lo staff (che non parla inglese) ma soprattutto nella rumorosità delle stanze. Forse anche complici dei vicini poco educati, non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio durante il soggiorno in quanto si sente davvero il minimo rumore, che risulta amplificato dalla grandezza delle stanze. “If you like a apartnent pool out in nowhere with no staff, prison food and lots og bugs/insects, which is priced much higher then much finer hotels in this area, then this should be your choice. We are a family of 4. Prepaid for this "luxury villa" in advance for 5 nights. We had to pack our staff and find a new hotel after the first night. One of the worst places Ive been to compared ro the price range. Its a newly started hotel (jan 2026). It basically has no maintance or staff it seemed....

“Værelset var rigtig fint. Det var tydeligt præg af at være nybygget. Rigtig fin indretning og rare senge. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Rigtig lækkert poolområde, dog blev der den ene dag spillet noget høj musik fra baren midt på dagen. Beliggenheden er lidt fra det centrale Ao Nang, men der kan nemt findes transportmuligheder via fx Grab lift. Det eneste ærgerlige var at vi skulle skifte værelse under vores to nætters ophold.
