“Lovely hotel, friendly staff we went half board for 2 night's . Plenty of choices on the evening menu menu and cooked breakfast. Great location to stay ,we went on the steam train to abwrwrstwith forgive my spelling ,didnt get round to the walk but a good excuse to come back .”

“Beautifull venue, great and very friendly personell. Great room. One minor point, we had a room in the attic and with 30+ and only a ventilator is was very very hot for a long time into the night. But that is the only minor point the staff made up for it in friendlyness and service.”

“Not sure how old this place is but it's fantastic to have the opportunity to stay here in a place that must have seen so much history. Montgomery itself is a gem - declaring an interest I grew up a few miles away and am fairly familiar with "Monty" - and though this visit is a wedding crashpad, we'll definitely take the opportunity to bumble around after we check out. Bottom line? Stay here, you won't regret it in the slightest. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Dolfor Inn. The room was just beautiful, packed with original features and the bed was super comfortable. We had an evening meal and breakfast the following morning which were both absolutely delicious. Our hosts were fantastic company and obviously love what they do with the attention to detail and service. We had a lovely drink with them Friday night, lots of laughs and great company. We will definitely be back A++++”
