“It wasn't a great beginning that's for sure. They put us in a room n we brought some stuff in went to go back out to get more and couldn't get out. I had to call the front desk to have them let us out. Then the second room is not clean. The tub doesn't drain n the shower head drizzles out. But when u need a room in a hurry it was ok some of the staff are were very friendly n helpful.”

“There were red ants in the bed and the bedding was dirty. Also the lady at the front desk was rude and acted liked I was bothering her with questions.”

When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go. “It is what its name says. Room was clean, except for the bathroom sink. Staff was friendly, but I had only two opportunities to interact with them. The place is in the process of renovation - my room had new flooring, for instance The neighborhood is not the nicest Tallahassee has to offer, but it is convenient to FSU. ”
