“The past stayed at Nexus were so glorious for me. Since march 2018 i never failed to have had at least one nite to stayed.
But my last episode with 3nite were quite unexpected and sadden me,the happening were;
1;as regular guest, that RM20 should not be charged due to price differ between Hotel.com and Nexus.
2;i were called and were given unsweet words/sentences by personal 'i will charged u if checkef out after 1.00pm.

“Everything was great. Maybe they just need to improve the deposit system. They impose penalty for late check out and got three tier deduction but for the refund got no system. Need to wait almost 24 hours to get refund back. But everything else was fine. The staff also respond well to get my deposit back. Maybe i will come back here for another stay. Hope next time they will upgrade the tv box and shower.”

“This was an excellent hotel with a very reasonable rate for our superior queen room and they let us have a late, 6pm, checkout for a moderate extra amount.

“Always good standard and comfy rooms. Huge tasty breakfast. Nice bar with live music every night, even if not that crowded. At least 20 mins drive from KLCC if you want a better nightlife. Good hotel if you havee to be in PJ. I always come here when need to be in PJ. But if you are on holidays, better going to KLCC area”

“A decent room for single person to stay. I have stay for 3 nights. Hygiene and cleanliness are awesome. Location was meart to mrt and there shopping centre around. Staff was friendly and helpful.thumb up. They provide simple breakfast with bread and coffee. It will be great if they can include eggs inside the breakfast. ”

“This hotel located in very conenient area. You can walk to TTDI station in 3min. You can visit 1 Utama Shopping Mall, Tesco, IKEA, Giza Mall in few stops from TTDI.
Room is clean, staffs are very friendly and reasonable price . I think this is very good hotel to stay.”
