This vacation rental features floor-to-ceiling glass in the living areas and bedrooms to let in lots of tropical sunlight. It offers a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. This luxurious condo is situated on the northwest corner, and gets ocean and sunset views from the large main terrace, master bedroom terrace and third terrace. The spacious master suite has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with soaker tub, separate glass shower and double sinks. It also offers a private terrace with beautiful ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with raised bowl sink and large shower, and access to the second terrace with ocean views. The third bedroom has another queen bed and access to the second terrace with ocean views. The third bathroom with shower is situated right across the hall. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
