“Beware that this is 4.5 hours away from the San Jose Airport! They do NOT inform anyone of this and you need to get to the Ferry to cross over to Tambor which is not 24/7 You need to plan very carefully so you don't lose a day like I did and so many others did that I met at the Hotel. They are also very aware of this and have done nothing about it!! The buffet food is ok. Not the best, but not the worst. You will find something. The Italian ala carte restaurant is excellent! “First impressions were wow what at a great space/location/beach/pool. As the stay progressed we noticed we some deficiencies. Some amenities that would’ve made our stay more enjoyable are: more bath and beach towels, face cloths and mats. Having a outdoor bbq made up for lack of larger pots. As well there were no pot holders. Cleaning supplies provided were inadequate. Having a separate laundry room was great, but the dryer wasn’t drying.
