“This place was a pleasant surprise. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Continental Breakfast is included and the price was very reasonable. PLUS! There is a wonderful set of thermal pools that guests can use anytime. So relaxing right next to a river; it’s a bit of a walk but so worth it! The rooms were a little on the “well loved” side but clean and warm and a great respite from the rain. ”

Staff really helpful, took us to the door to showed us how to use entry lock, then took us upstairs explaining things on the way. Also found an extension lead for us to be able to use the heater. “This is essentially a pole barn, and I assume it was once used as one, as indicated by the slight farm smell inside. The fact it's wide open is NOT a negative it's nice having room to move around, and the sleeping arrangements just work.
