The Space:
Don’t miss the chance to experience everything this vibrant city has to offer by booking your upcoming stay at Quiet Oak Retreat, a serene 3-bedroom with plenty of exciting features all of its own. Located alongside a picturesque pond in a quiet neighborhood, you can soak in the sounds and views from your screened-in porch as you sip on your fresh cup of morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The large back yard offers plenty of room to stretch your legs and engage in a game or two of catch before dinner.

When you’re ready to begin your greater Tampa exploration, head into historic Ybor City to wander through its cobblestone streets adorned with colorful buildings and immerse yourself in the rich Latin heritage. For those craving outdoor adventures, the waterfront parks offer endless possibilities. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the scenic Tampa Riverwalk, admiring stunning views of the Hillsborough River and downtown skyline. No visit to Tampa would be complete without exploring its world-renowned theme parks, either! Feel the adrenaline rush at Busch Gardens or dive into aquatic fun at Adventure Island. To immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife, check out South Howard Avenue, better known as SoHo, and bounce around to one of many options for drinks and dancing.

Inside the home, brightly lit spaces invite you to relax and unwind after long days in the city, curated with comfortable furnishings to maximize your downtime. The open floorplan flows you organically into the kitchen, fully equipped for your culinary endeavors with ample countertop space and cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Between the chic dining table with room for 4 and the countertop stools for 2, everyone can dine together in great company.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and patio access.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-to-queen convertible bed and dedicated workspace.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower, and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and street parking available for 3 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with 4 external security cameras. The first is located on the front door, actively monitoring the front entry, front of house, and driveway. The second is located on the front window facing the driveway and front of the house but is inactive. The third is on the back door which actively monitors the rear of the home. The fourth is on the patio door actively monitoring the patio and backyard.

Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings without exception—please consider travel insurance. Changes to reservations incur a $75 fee. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval and extra charges.

Great Location

The location of the property is great you have so much around you for shopping and dining. The house has so much potential and lots of ducks. A few minor issues can be fixed in and outside of the property. Inside a few upkeep issues with hall bathroom, water/pressure and the Master Bed is uncomfortable. The living room couch makes up for it, it is so comfortable I spent a few nights on it. The house had plenty of extras encase you left something along with games so we had a family game night.
