Now let us try to explain the layout of the home! Follow along closely- when entering the front door, you will walk into the living room and see the open-concept kitchen across the house.
LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa which could be turned into a bed after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART HD TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, Amazon, and HBO! If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords
KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a modern stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit Pearl Farmers Market or a grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.
If dining out, there are many excellent local restaurants in the area or get take-out and enjoy it on the balcony under the stars or in the comfortable dining room area.
We provide a Keurig and 10 K cups, creamer, sugar, sugar substitutes, and tea bags.
Main Bedroom
The "main bedroom" is outfitted with a queen bed/ Memory Foam Mattress, two bedside tables, bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and relaxing décor.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower and a single vanity.
Bedroom Two
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed/ Memory Foam Mattress, a bedside table, a bedside lamp, a ceiling fan, and a large storage space.
2nd Bathroom
The main bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower and a single vanity.
Bedroom Three
The second bedroom is equipped with three bunk beds.
MAIN BATHROOM
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower (with a small lip) and vanity, located directly off the living room.
In Law Suite
We have an additional unit with a private entrance, this is included in your reservation. You will have access to this bedroom which comes with a TV, Microwave and refrigerator

We charge $75 per day to heat the hot tub. Please notify us in advance.
Washer + Dryer
You will find a washer and dryer. We do provide detergent and dryer sheets for you to use!
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
Supplies Provided:
-1-2 individually wrapped body wash
-2 shampoos in each shower/tub
-One roll of paper towels
-10 K cups for the Keurig, creamer, sugar packets, and tea bags
-Garbage bags are located under the kitchen sink, along with dishwasher liquid and a new sponge
-2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
-Extra lightbulbs are located under the sink if a light bulb goes out in the home
FOR LONGER STAYS
For extended stays, two weeks or longer, our cleaners will come in and clean every 10 days to maintain the property's cleanliness. A $200 fee is required for the cleaning.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and deck. If traveling with kids, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence- yet there is not enclosure towards the front . When traveling with children and/or using the backyard, you assume all risk and liability.
PARKING
The driveway can fit four cars comfortably.

We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive check-in information prior to arrival.

Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per AIRBNB guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
We do have early check-in and late checkout fees of 50$ an hour.
Additionally, if there are any parties or damages, a fee of $500 will be charged.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.
Lock the door each time you leave home.
Please place all USED towels in the bathtub(s) or shower before departure.
