“Very basic accommodation. No toilet paper provided. Clean. Booked for its AC. ”

“More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!”

“Host refused to answer my calls or check in, would not respond back to any of my messages or calls I was left stranded outside of the residence at midnight for two hours until I had to pay for a separate hotel early that morning. I HIGHLY recommend choosing another vacancy, they claim to speak English on the app but acted like they didn’t speak Tagalog or English when I finally made contact with them on the phone. EXTREMELY disappointed and upset ”

“Close proximity to cheap eats, shopping in walking distance. Malls and the airport are close by as well. Jen is the best! I came back for a second stay!”

“Bed was thick to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was good. Facility has a homey feel. Clutter should be hidden where the guests wont see it. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. ”

“The unit is clean, the host is very accommodating, agreed to check us in in a very short notice. Seamless check in and check out. Literally 5min walk to SM Bicutan. The only downside is the walls between each unit is not sound proof, however they have a strict noice curfew from 6am til 10pm if I remember it right. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.”

“The property didnt responde in our check in. So we never checked in at all..we got scammed by this property, no response from all our calls and messages. And even expedia had a hard time contacting the this Property. And we never get a refund totally this is scammed.”
