“There was a hair on the pillow sheet which didn’t signals not changed sheets. It was pretty gross. We have pictures.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Though there were some highlights of our stay, such as a good breakfast, a couple helpful staff, and the property being fairly clean, the negatives outweighed the positives. Upon arrival, (15 minutes after the check in time), we were informed our room still wasn't ready. They had to move us into another room. “I quite enjoyed my stay however due to the layout it is quite noisy. The pool is open from 9:00 to 9:00, and is open facing to all the rooms. We booked the hotel for the hot tub and was the hot tub ever busy! Maximum six people, but 11 people were there by the time we got out. For the size of the hotel a bigger hot tub or a secondary one would be perfect. Breakfast itself was pretty good however would be much better if breakfast ended at 11:00 and check out was at noon. “Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
