“I always stay at this property. The price is right, breakfast at s good and the room is wonderful.”

“Parking was simple. Unfortunately the noise level from traffic was annoying. The suite was spacious and the staff really paid attention to detail. I would stay again and maybe ask for a room away from the main traffic. They don’t provide that continental breakfast and that’s fine. How many dried sausages can one eat? “We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room. “Staff was rude and told me I can check out when I told her my non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was told they don't have another room to give me but parking lot was empty. No free breakfast included as advertised because the person told me it cost to much. Toilet seat broken. No housekeeping making rounds. I had to buy my own toilet tissue and soap for my week stay. Pillow cases dirty. Outside the doorway and grass smell like piss.”

“My wife & I were traveling for business upon arrival we informed the front desk woman that we had our ESA dog with us for my wife’s anxiety & depression. She let us know that basically only service animals were allowed as well as had to be under 30lbs. Also that we had to pay $25. With our written documentation that we had in hand our ESA dog should be able to be housed for free as well as have no restrictions. With our dog being only 20lbs & very well trained she did allow us to all room but...

“The staff was very courteous and polite at all times . The service was exceptional. The rooms were great ! We loved our stay ! ”

“The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. ”

“The room was great, very spacious. The hotel is very well located, around shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only downside is that we found a humongous cockroach in the bathroom.”
