Hotel vicino a Te Amorangi Museum - Rotorua

“Location”

“Staff is amazing as they do ever. If something needs fixing just ask them. The grounds could use some manicuring and trimming. Door stops are a trip hazard. Location is not in town but on the lake. It is quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning.”

“Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks”

“The spa pool was incredible 😊”

“It’s a Motel, staff inexperienced and not helpful”

“Everything was great! The lady who runs the place was very helpful. The place is very well maintained & the facilities are terrific. You can also use the connected hotel pool. Great value for the price.”

“The room was well thought out and worked well for us. The kitchenette was nice, though we didn't cook. The bathroom seemed like it had been updated recently. Our only issue was that it was quite cold in the room and we couldn't make the heat work. There is on-site parking which is always helpful.”

“Awesome customer service from the man in the office. Super lovely!”

“Gorgeous hotel and beautiful location!! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for my family. Thank you”

“As a solo female, i felt safe in the histel and area. I went early october so not too many travelers, so quiet.”

“un soggiorno fantastico !”

“The location is excellent but that is where it ends. I have no idea why everyone is giving it the 4 or 5 stars. Please people tell the truth. The rooms are mediocre at best and very dated. The shower robes basically told the full story. They were fraying to bits. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in as the mattress seemed very tired as you sunk right into it and the electric heaters gave such a dry heat we had to turn them all off. Freezing was a more comfortable option. The breakfast, was...

“great stay will stay next time”

“Un hotel elegante, ben tenuto e con un bel design. Stanza estremamente grande e comodissima. Parcheggio comodo fuori e una bella ricca colazione. Ho apprezzato molto i roll di pasta sfoglia sia dolci che salati che sono realizzati a mano e non sono surgelati. Ti chiedono un orario di riferimento per garantirti il posto a sedere, dato che non ne hanno molti. ”

“Location and services are very good, but we experienced a poor assistance for the late check in”

“Camera spaziosa, bagno molto grande, letto molto comodo, peccato per i poco posti auto riservato”

“Our room unfortunately was not good. Black on the ceiling in bathroom, no milk in fridge, holes in bedspread, burn mark holes in kitchenette countertop. The worst part was that we discovered there were no towels in our room and the office was closed with no number displayed to call. I'm glad we only stayed one night and if the office were open or a number to call I would have complained at the time and requested a new room.”

“I would recommend to others. Clean kitchen and facilities.”
