“We were satisfied with our 4-night stay at Vista Hotel; the family room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was attentive and kind, especially Ms. Hanah! The location was perfect as it's a bit outside of the touristy areas but close enough to all the things we wanted to visit. The only negatives were the noise coming from other guests in the staircase as the room door is not sound proof at all, and the bathroom shower not draining properly. “連泊でも毎日清掃して頂きとても良かったです。 しかもお昼前にゆっくり外出してランチ後に休憩をするためにホテルへ戻った時には既に清掃されていたのが良かったです。 清掃を急かされることがなかったのがとても良かったです。 一度お水の補充がされていない時があったのですが、ハウスキーピングの方に快く頂きアットホームな好印象を受けました。”

“Let’s start with the positive: Staff is friendly and accommodating, and there is at least one receptionists with good English skills. Breakfast is various but average, nothing exceptional. Negative: The structure is quite old and would benefit a deep renovation inside. The room was quite noisy from the traffic outside and the pillow too thick without other options.”
