“It was really good staff were helpful n courteous..we really enjoyed Awadh diner ..amazing hospitality with good manners ..i would suggest that reception desk should have more polite n welcoming interaction .one of young chap was very rude ..which could ruin the first hand experience...but otherwise all staff were amazing ..coffee shop staff was so warm welcoming ..overall very good stay ”

“They upgrade my booking to a suite with swimming pool on the Balcony since I had paid 3 nights but because of the change in my plans I sleep there only for 2 nights which was appreciate it, it was a great room with a great view. The restaurant of the Hotel was the most amazing food in India.”

"The Park hotel New Delhi– Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good, with a great variety of options( there was also Nutella !! *😜 I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! "
