“Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily.”

“The B&B is centrally located and the staff is helpful. I like the spacious and modern room. Very clean and comfortable. The sound-proofing is good too. And the homemade breakfast was the best I have eaten during my holiday. ”

During our stay, she was also very helpful with suggestions and information. We were upgraded to a suite and the suite was amazing. I would book here again without hesitation.”

“Owner of Villa conducted the bike tour which was informative. He was very knowledgeable with great photography skills. Took a lot of excellent shots for the guests. However, breakfast timing should have been extended so that guests taking bike tour could have the breakfast. Bathrooms could be improved with blackout shades or blinds for better privacy. Overall, still a memorable stay. ”
