“An excellent place to stay for a night. Easy to park, check in was quick and friendly,my room was beautifully presented, very clean bathroom,excellent shower.The bed was very comfortable, I slept extremely well.What more can I say? It was also easy to find.”

“The lift was out of use which was not ideal. My guest struggles to walk after smashing her ankle last May and we were on the top floor. The receptionist did move us to floor two but we arrived Friday and left Sunday - but the lift was still out of order. The rooms were clean. And breakfast was good. ”

Not even snacks or sandwiches or hot drinks other than those in the room. They could have provided a temporary provision. Instead told get a takeaway delivered and even delivery drivers took a long time given location. This hotel should not be trading as a 3 star hotel without any catering or any food. Room was cold also as heating on a timer so had to...
