“Hotel standard della catena. Anche se il prezzo proposto da Hotels era vantaggioso, ogni extra si paga salato (una tazza di espresso al breakfast invece del caffè "normale" 2.45£ in più ....) Per il resto tutto ok, camera grande e pulita, mobile disposti in maniera poco razionale (ho dovuto spostare la TV per poterla vedere dal letto.”

“Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company.”

“Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

“We arrived late at night after leaving a hotel 15 minutes away that turned out to be dreadful. We felt so welcome here - the kindest, most welcoming people, and very cosy, spotless, pretty rooms, with welcome baskets of much-appreciated snacks. Very comfy, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay again on our trips to visit family locally.”

“Check in was easy. Staff were courteous. The room was lovely and clean so was the bathroom. The pub is just across the car park where food is served. In the room there were menu’s so you could pre order your food. The TV was nice and big and the Wi-Fi is free. Tea and coffee available in the room. Bed was big and very comfy. What more could you ask for really. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone in the area looking for somewhere to stay. ”

“Lovely clean modern apartment. Just what we needed for 1 night stay, 2 Adults and 3 Children, all slept comfortably. 2 double beds in one room and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Only issue if you like to sleep in darkness, the bedroom goes dark well at night with the 2 double beds but the lounge area has a glass ceiling with no pull down blinds/curtains so in the summer, could be a issue. However, my 14yr slept well all night as she usually sleeps with a curtain/blind open. Very...
