“Hotel standard della catena. Anche se il prezzo proposto da Hotels era vantaggioso, ogni extra si paga salato (una tazza di espresso al breakfast invece del caffè "normale" 2.45£ in più ....) Per il resto tutto ok, camera grande e pulita, mobile disposti in maniera poco razionale (ho dovuto spostare la TV per poterla vedere dal letto.”

“The lift was out of use which was not ideal. My guest struggles to walk after smashing her ankle last May and we were on the top floor. The receptionist did move us to floor two but we arrived Friday and left Sunday - but the lift was still out of order. The rooms were clean. And breakfast was good. ”

“Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

“A warm friendly welcome from the landlord. Nice room, they don't serve breakfast but leave a nice hamper in the room for a DIY breakfast, nice touch. Very easy access to M54”
