“This place was TERRIFIC. Friendliest staff, clean room, wonderful continental breakfast, easy to get in/out, relatively close to lots of SoCal places like Anaheim, Disney, beaches, LA if you like traffic. There was nothing to not like! Thank you for your hospitality.”

“This is a hidden gem of a rental. It was clean, it was in a great location, and the property manager was very professional and responsive. One thing to take note is that the parking here is very tight. I would suggest not bringing a large vehicle. The best way to park is to drive backwards through a narrow driveway and then to make a sharp right turn into a parking space. If you struggle with parking in tight places, the parking here may be a challenge.”

“Amazing balcony/view. Sleeper couch was very comfortable. Good toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, detergent. Not cheap stuff. Laundry on site was very nice. Proximity to pier was so fun!”

Check-in was a breeze; the owners responded within minutes when we had a question; our family enjoyed the full-size appliances to accommodate our food/cooking needs. The amenities/extras were top notch and made our stay much more enjoyable: beach chairs, towels, laundry room, and parking. This is our second stay, and we will rebook this property when we return. ”

“We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....
