“房間要5:00 後兼要主動追才有房，不可能發生在五星級酒店，reception 員工態度也一般，只說沒辦法和升級，根本解決不了問題，到5:00 問時仍然沒房，說園景還在打掃，街景才有，只能接受，不知所謂，竟會發生在這自稱有多高級的酒店。”

“Ottima pulizia, personale cortese. Colazione ottima e varia. ”

“This hotel was turly amazing next to all the attractions”

“I was really excited to finish up my Hong Kong journey with a one-night getaway to Macau before flying back to the US. Let me just say that Macau is VERY different than Hong Kong, even in an upscale property like Wynn Macau. Every hotel employee I encountered struggled with the English language, which I found shocking. I requested a non-smoking one bedroom suite. The room was incredible! “I stayed at the treasure island hotel from 10/7/2026 to 10/10/2026. They blamed me for breaking their phone charging adapter which was broken in the first place. The connector was broken when pulled out from the phone. They either don’t supply with it or get a better one or not blaming customer for only using it once. They didn’t check the serviceability of the thing and blame you for it. They charged me at the end anyway even though I explained to them what happened which is unreasonable.”
