“Nice hotel, extremely convenient not only to spend a night pre-flight, but also to visit Toronto (as in my case). The complimentary shuttle bus comes very handy to reach the airport (4-5 minutes) and from there the city center by UP train (25 minutes). Talking of the hotel, I really appreciate the size (big!) and the perfecr cleanliness. I'm not a fan of carpet, but I understand it's a North American thing. Much appreciated was also the complimentary breakfast (kind of continental style) with...

“The gave us a room on the side of the airport and when we asked to change we ended in a small and oldishbroom. Breakfast was good but they were annoying since communication didn't work between Hotels and them and they thought my children were younger than they are.”

“I had an excellent stay at element. They kindly upgraded my room to a one-bedroom suite which was fantastic. Beautiful design, clean, spacious, lovely kitchenette and bathroom. More importantly, the space was totally soundproof and very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Overall, I'd be back and would recommend if for sure.”
