The apartment is furnished and equipped with crockery, kettle, and everything needed for cooking and the large table also allows you to take advantage of a work area for those who work remotely.
The apartment has a comfortable balcony overlooking one of the main streets, it has insulated double glazing so quiet is guaranteed. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. Immediately under the house there are many shops and it is possible to park the car for free; however being free the parking is not guaranteed.
