“Restaurant services were very nice, staff at service were very soft spoken and supportive. But staff at reception were pathetic and arrogant, they think like as you owe to them and will give a damn to serve you. Rooms are very compact and suffocative, windows are opening in corridors. Cleanliness is good. Wi-Fi is also not so appreciative, intermittent disconnections you may find. Overall not recommended to stay.”

“La struttura e' buona non adatta a soggiorni di relax per lo svolgersi di eventi che hanno luogo nellatea della piscina e sotto le canere. Rumore assordante per i lavori di allestimento dalle 5.30 del mattino a tardo pomeriggio. Musica oltre i decibel consentiti. Nessun controllo di staff dedicato alle urladei bambini e degli adulti in atra piscina. Spiaggia e mate deludenti.breakfast con grande show off ma qualita' da villaggio turistico. Nin viene servito tra l'altro succo d'arancia....

“Room and amenities”

“Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “The club room was spacious and excellent. It was on the ground floor. It had a nice lounge area in the room. The breakfast was good and service was excellent. Staff need to make sure there are enough toilet rolls in the room. It was very convenient as we attended a wedding at Kesarval. Thanks. Will stay there again.”

“Beds were not made and has lot of stains on them. Have taken pictures. Don’t think they are washed. Just covered them with comforter. Beautiful building and big nice rooms. Just sat in the chair whole night.”

“Very good service and rooms”

“This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again.”
