“Room is clean, Bed is comfortable. My check-in was ok because the front staff act like he didn't want to get me details or were to go. I had to ask him where to park and where is the elevator to head up. Overall, this place is Beautiful and very relaxing.”

“Room wasn’t properly clean. We had blood in the sheets, hair shavings in the sink and stains on the curtains. Just think they have to pay attention to those things when cleaning. ”

“When my daughter and I walked into our room, the toilet seat was up and the water was running. The bowl was stained brownish red and there were pubic hairs on rim. There were two queen beds. Mine had definitely been slept in and not changed. There were long hair strands on one of my three pillows and in the bed as well as small short black hairs on top and under the top sheet. There were also hairs in the moldy shower. It really was gross. Not what I would expect for one night at $139”
