“From the moment we arrived, it was a problem. We arrived early and didn’t want to use valet parking and left our luggage in the lobby until our room was ready, but the valet attendant did not listen, he just wanted to park the car. We arrived at 12 PM, which I understand was early, but when I returned to the front desk at 4 PM, our room was still not ready. The staff at the table in the lobby was not helpful at all. “Very clean updated property. Has all the perks of being home. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Parking is limited to guest spots only. Only set back for some might be there are no elevators.”
