Cottage in Tennessee

“Very nice living space, well-maintained, clean, and efficient with many amenities provided. Would be ideal for longer stays, we were there for less than 24 hours. Communication with owners was prompt and thorough and their expectations were clearly explained, I would highly recommend it.”

“House was perfect. Driveway was steeper than I thought, but we went during summer so not a big deal.”

“What a gem! From the handwritten note to the snacks and the "in case you forgot" bag full of essentials this was a great stay. This tiny house has been put together and fitted out thoughtfully with everything you may need and more.I highly recommend a stay here if you're inthe area.Thank you!”

“Trash was everywhere trash can was full and stunk there was no easy access to the water the grill in the pictures was not there and the fire pit was full of trash and around it. The bathhouse lights did not work.”

“What we saw on line was what we found at the location. Great stay made sooooo simple with the reservation/booking process.”

“We had an awesome stay in Gatlinburg! The property is far enough out of town that it feels very private. We loved the house amenities - pool, hot tub, arcade games, and plenty of bathrooms!”

“Beautiful place”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location was perfect for exploring Memphis, and it made getting around incredibly easy. The hosts have truly thought of every detail, and it shows. Communication was excellent, check-in was seamless, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. We couldn't...

“Everything was as advertised. The only real room for improvement would be that the grass was kind of long but other than that it was the perfect get-a-way spot.”

“Great experience, very friendly staff and super helpful, will be booking here again for next trip!”

“We stayed a week with our family. The location is great for Pigeon Forge, and the hot tub was clean and well-maintained. The master shower had excellent water pressure. Plenty of towels available in the bathrooms, and generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee K-Cups. Mattresses were comfortable - I believe they were foam. That said, several window blinds were broken, missing, or just in bad shape. The living room main front window only had a blackout shade (all or nothing), and...

“Caspian Cottage was the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at. The checkin process and communication was great and the cabin/property is stunning. Our host Sharolyn is a very special person and as friendly as they come. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone. It truly is amazing.”

“BEAUTIFUL property. The host was very kind and communicated well. Everything was clean and well maintained. They wrote a sweet letter and left us some flowers and treats when we arrived. The only thing that was tricky is the way to get into the house. It’s a narrow walkway around the back of the main house right next to the pool. I was a little nervous walking with my littles at night. Other than that, everything was incredible. I really cannot complain. It was very lovely. Thank you Gene and...
