“El check-in parecia estar bien hasta que nos dieron una habitación sin ventanas y con una limitada ventilación con un ventilador de pared. Se sentía muy encerrado, además tiene una gotera al parecer en el techo que hizo que tuvieranos que cambiar a una habitación más grande como para 6 personas pero con un costo adicional en efectivo de casi 300 CAD y sin darnos algún recibo. “I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, which made getting around very convenient. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast, while good, was exactly the same every day, so adding some variety would make it much better for longer stays. Also, some of the rooms feel a bit outdated...
