“The 3 best parts were; 1) its right next to a well tenanted mall and old food streets across the roads; directly connected to mall via lift on 8 floor(need to transfer) 2) rooms were relatively well maintained 3) breakfast has a very wide variety of food. Coffee machine has decent coffee”

“The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes.”

“The room was perfect, as expected. Asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled great as I entered the room. Had a great rest and I will definitely return the next time I am in Batam.”

“Aircon noisy. Room condition average, bit old. Only bathtub available, not convenient for elderly to stand in to bath as no seperate shower facility in King size masteroom. Breakfast repeated items mostly but wide variety. Some staff were very polite, one or two were rude. Overall ok for family. Non smoking floors and rooms, fantastic. ”

“Makeup room service needs to be improved. One morning, I waited till 11.45am for makeup room and need to call for the makeup room service. Also realized that room was not vacuum for my 17 nights stayed during the makeup room service. Also noted that makeup room service like to wait till i am back from breakfast therefore coming to makeup my room. Because i think they expect tips. ”

“I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. There is a convenience store right next door and Diamond City Mall right across the street. There are restaurants around. Nagoya Food Court is within 8 minutes walk. It is a good location for traveling. The room smells, but I can get used to it. To be honest we can't ask for too much for less than $10 per night.
