“We were genuinely surprised how highly tech the hotel was. Modern and cleaned. Conveniently located with grand batam mall right beside it. You are able to walk to the mall with the linkage shared between the hotel and mall with no issue. If you have a big family, hotel rooms can be linked with doors in between the rooms.”

“Had a pleasant stay here. Location was very near to harbour bay ferry terminal (walking distance). Check-in was swift. Prior to our arrival, I received a message on WhatsApp from concierge if there’s anything they can assist (tip top service). Room was nicely done up as per our remark. Room nice and clean, spacious.
