I was at Embassy Suites Airport San Antonio and had a very negative experience during check-in. I had an issue with my card and attempted to pay using multiple methods (cash, I tried to pay with cash, and the machine at the front desk marked all the bills as fake—it was very embarrassing). prepaid cards, and other bills, but the hotel refused all options without offering a reasonable solution.
The staff was not empathetic or helpful, and I was made to wait for more than 3 hours before...
