“Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

"Struttura adiacente agli impianti di risalita per Plain Maison, comodissima per chi scia. Non ha il parcheggio, come erroneamente indicato sulla prenotazione, ma hanno provveduto a risolvere il problema. Trovato il bagno sporco, ma sono prontamente venuti a pulirlo. Colazione nella media. Camera un po' fredda (c'è solo un termosifone e ci vuole del tempo prima che riscaldi l'ambiente) e temperatura dell'acqua della doccia appena tiepida, non piacevole dopo una giornata sugli impianti. Insonorizzazione pessima, sembrava di avere i vicini di camera in stanza. Personale molto gentile e cordiale."
