Inn a Tewkesbury

“We had a lovely nights stay at The Bell Inn. Room was comfortable and a good size, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were out of Roast Dinners on the evening we were there but there was plenty of other choices on the menu. The portion sizes were very good and the food lovely. There's a good breakfast choice, of continental and cooked options. The place is great for walking into the town or out along the canal. There is a carpark on site or free places just along the next street...

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel area was dated and rough round the edges but clean. My bed had a dent down the centre so prominent it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl. Over all, for the location it was good value for money.”

“A nice place. Very relaxing.”

“One of our two favourite inns on our Cotswolds journey. The staff was charming and very thoughtful, and the room and dining were perfect. We upgraded to the Oakley room and were so glad we did. What a fantastic room with wonderful amentities and all of the charm you could expect from a historic building - I think they said it is over 400 years old. Dinner and breakfast were the best of our trip. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“Sono stato benissimo in questo INN, lo consiglio veramente!. ll personale è insuperabile, ragazzi giovani, simpatici e dinamici . La camera non troppo grande nè troppo piccola ha tutto quanto serve. Il ristorante poi è veramente buono. Dalla colazione alla cena non ho mai avuto da ridire su niente. Se tornerò in zona pernotterò ancora qui. ”

“Great location in an historical building (the most charming structure I've been 15 days tour of UK). Unfortunately room condition was disappointing: one of the two matresses and the bath were broken, decoration dated and level of cleaning below average. It is a pity such a great place is not delivering in the rooms the potential that is there”

“Not exactly a five star hotel. Ok though for a stopover.”

“No receptionist just one person working behind the who was expected to do check you in. Breakfast was not available and when I checked out again no one on reception.”
