“The coffee Machine was not working at breakfast there was only one member of staff and he was mot very concerned that everyone was requesting it The hot breakfast was lukewarm.”

“Great location for us as we enjoyed the short walk to the High St. for shopping. Tesco was across the street. And Savernake Forest was on our doorstep for hiking. The room was clean and staff were helpful. Just as you would expect for a Premier Inn.”

“It was absolutely fine, no frills. The toilet seat was badly fitted though, and the loo roll holder fitting was coming out of the wall. Wouldn’t hold it against them and would stay again.”

“4 star Hotel close to the Hospital in Basingstoke. Pool and Gym Service (if u pick up wrong time pool is full of old English ladies). Rooms are ok, nothing special, needs to be renovated. Bar is pricey for the location and hotel general condition. Recommend for quick customer visit at the hospital.”

“Unfortunately for us we arrived later in day and upon returning to our room later that night we found our bed was unclean.Also we had opened wardrobes to look for more pillows to find the previous visitors used socks. Staff were helpful in moving room but not ideal circumstances.”
