“Construction next door. Renovations in Candlewood. Extended our stay with add’l day. Computer cancelled our keys early. ALL computer requests for ck in/ck out were listed incorrectly—-there is no fifth floor.”

“Upon arrival the hotel was dirty, not the pictures listed, and the hotel staff was rude. We find out after we checked in the indoor pool was closed but was never given a reason and the website showed it had one and was open. We went down at one point to get an extra blanket in which it had pee stains all over it. For such an expensive hotel it was not a good place to stay. ”

“This place is a dump. The ground-level door bolt didn’t lock leaving me feeling uneasy. There was long black hair in the bed sheets. No morning coffee as promised. Room walls were so dirty and the tub looked like it was 90 years old and stained. Spend an extra $50 and get a nicer place so you can sleep in peace! ”
