“Very easy access to DT Greenville and other areas! Definitely in an up and coming neighborhood.. the neighborhood looks a bit worn but don’t let it fool you. We felt safe and didn’t have any noise except a bit of traffic on the street in front of the house ( I wonder if that was because of the bridge construction close). The house was super clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend”

“Everything was perfect at this suite. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was spacious and had all you could need. The host family was helpful and we enjoyed meeting them. Our stay was wonderful.”

“Walter is an A#1 Host!! The cottage was clean! The location is so convenient. My bed was so comfy and there was a TV in my bdrm as well as the large one in the LR. There's a screened in porch in the back w nice patio furniture. I had my morning coffee in the back yard sitting at the picnic table (1 of 2) . The cottage is in a residential area and the neighbors are quiet . I was very comfortable there.”

“The home was located in a nice peaceful neighborhood. It was close to many stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the home was very nice, all amenities provided were greatly appreciated and better than expected. I would love to rent this property again if it's available when we come back to Myrtle Beach.”

“How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....
