Hotel vicino a The Children's Museum - West Hartford

“We have always been fans of Hampton inn and stay whenever possible. We were very pleased with our stay at the Hartford location, perfect spot for my daughters admitted students day event at Trinity college. We had a 2 queen suite and the room was large and just completely renovated. Beautiful views of the river and downtown Hartford. Our only complaint is there is only 1 sink in the room. There should be a second sink inside the large bathroom. Also the indoor pool was being renovated. Free...

“I mentioned to the Avon Old Farm Hotel staff that I was very disappointed with the many malfunctions, including: the desk phone had no power, the TV wasn't connected, so Netflix wasn't available. They charge me more than what was expected in my itinerary sum total was suppose to be $239. Not $280. They need to reimburse all of my payments.”

“The heat did not work. It only blew cold air. The toilet seat was dirty with dried pee. The back of the toilet had loose hairs. The baseboard moldings had an inch of dust and grossness. The shower ledges were not clean - also dusty. The carpet needs to be refreshed in appearance and scent. No shower cap. No bar of soap for handwashing. Never. Again. Food was midrange at best. ”

“Check in was easy and staff were very nice. Rooms were clean and price was good for being right next door to the arena. Pleasant stay!”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. ”

“Ho trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno perchè un mio amico americano abita nei paraggi. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”
