Its a different company entity "Evergreen Day Spa" and charge $15 p/d for pool usage. Hotel is close proximity to hospital therefore be prepared to hear sirens all night long. “Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next.”

Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. “The apartments are located in south Brisbane, 50 meters from the Brisbane Convention center and the train station. Nice apartments, enough space, very good furnitures, a small balcony. Wifi very good, personnel kind and professional. No drawbacks, I found what they promised. (I haven't had the time to check the common spaces, the pool and the gymn...)”
