“Stayed at a competing hotel-casino in the area a week before (will remain unnamed) and made an honest mistake when booking. Instead of working with me, they charged me full price for a night I didn't even stay. Decided to book the Estrella for my next business trip and I'm glad I did. Staff was attentive to my needs, rooms were clean and spacious and the casino had great food options. Found my new hotel for future business trips to the area! ”
