“I stayed at this hotel twice and never paid a deposit fee. I then reserve a room again, and I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said that I had to pay a 250$ deposit on top of my room. He was being very rude and nasty. It wasn’t about the money at all but why was I not charged before. On top of it why are they charging so much for a hotel that has nothing special about it, and only being a 3star hotel. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels at EASTON that don’t charge no where near...

“Nasty. The room they gave me didn't have a working tv and the room didn't have heat, so i decided not to stay. I wanted my money back. Some how they scammed me. They kept my money even though i didn't wanna stay at that hotel because of the non working tv and heat. Never book a room there. The service and staff are terrible ”

“Convenient when flying out early they have a shuttle and you can call to book your room and do park n stay. It's 9.00 a day for parking but better than waiting and waiting in the airport parking lot . The room was clean I just think it's in need of some touch ups and repairs for a Hilton affiliated hotel. ”

“Do not stay here. It's more like a shelter. Stains on the bedspread, broken security lock, broken trim, terribly repaired wall and doors. Hot & cold water were reversed on both the shower and sink. Outside conditions were beyond sketchy. Police we're out front when I left. I neglected to check the reviews before I booked the room. I could not guarantee my safety and comfort so I did not stay the night. ”
