“I called before check in and spoke to someone that said we had rooms that were door to door. We checked in and did not and then they lied to my wife about it. The pool was out of commission when we got there but it opened back up after a bit. It should have stayed closed. The water is nasty and the pool area is gross and dirty. Nothing cleaned. Hotel is mid. Wouldn’t stay here again. ”
