Doors to room look like they’ve been attempted to be pried open based upon their marks. Old appliances and fixtures. “Breakfast” was lackluster at best. No way this is an 8 star rated place. More like a 5 at best. Should be $75-85 a night ”

“The room was disgusting! Blood splatter on the curtain, wall, and carpet in 3 different areas on the room. A cheetos hand print on the wall above the bed as well. The was a health hazzard. ”

I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising. Then said oh you booked thru Expedia, I can’t help If they don’t let you know. Then I asked her about the crib I requested and she had a reason why they didn’t have one in the room for us.
