Doors to room look like they’ve been attempted to be pried open based upon their marks. Old appliances and fixtures. “Breakfast” was lackluster at best. No way this is an 8 star rated place. More like a 5 at best. Should be $75-85 a night ”

“The breakfast menu, or even option was NOT mentioned to me. As I waited in line I heard the front desk staff give the welcoming speal to the 3 guest in front of me checking in. But then when I checked in NOTHING! ”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! The "smoke free" room clearly was not smoke free. When I tried to get another room that was smoke free I was informed it would cost another 125 dollars per night. I had a two night stay. I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising. Then said oh you booked thru Expedia, I can’t help If they don’t let you know. Then I asked her about the crib I requested and she had a reason why they didn’t have one in the room for us.
