“Unfortunately, a big part of the reason we wanted the hotel was the pool. It was on and jets were moving but it was closed. We went for breakfast, and unfortunately everything was either unavailable or they couldn’t modify (make something without honey) so we walked to Starbucks. There were such loud noises all night and I was not happy with the experience.”

“Paid over two hundred dollars for a room with stained bedding, broken lights, not enough pillows, a rusted shower head and dogs barking all day and night. There was also no refrigeration or microwave available.”

“Pros - The common areas and our room were clean and well maintained. The pool and spa were a big hit with our grandchildren. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a variety of foods to start the day. Cons - The fitness room was under construction.
