“The breakfast menu, or even option was NOT mentioned to me. As I waited in line I heard the front desk staff give the welcoming speal to the 3 guest in front of me checking in. But then when I checked in NOTHING! ”

“The room was disgusting! Blood splatter on the curtain, wall, and carpet in 3 different areas on the room. A cheetos hand print on the wall above the bed as well. The was a health hazzard. ”

Then said oh you booked thru Expedia, I can’t help If they don’t let you know. Then I asked her about the crib I requested and she had a reason why they didn’t have one in the room for us. “The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol ”

“ Mountain View? Nowhere to be seen. Room smelled like someone cooked fish in room as we entered. Burn holes in bedspread. Room looked nothing like picture. Price was cheap. You get what you pay for!”

“Great affordable hotel! The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helped whenever we needed extra towels or had questions. Would definitely stay again. ”
